Shantae Player Model

This adds in Shantae as a playable model for Serious Sam 4. Ripped and rerigged by Pan.

This model has 5 variations:

- Shantae
- Shantae (Bikini)
- Shantae (Camo)
- Shantae (Néga)
- Shantae (Santa)

All include custom arms also rigged by Pan and sounds, as well as red and blue variants for versus gamemodes. Camo, Néga and Santa variants made by Bio. Eyeball texture edit by Ar2R-devil-PiNKy.

Also includes both voiceline taunts and working dancing taunts, but you'll need NSKuber's Taunts/Voicelines for Player Models in order to use them.
