This is my 100th item so I decided to make something special. This building was planned to house a drama theatre and philharmonics and be the main theatre in Lublin. However, it was never finished and so the citizens nicknamed it theatre under construction. Later, the unfinished ruins were demolished and replaced by a modern building serving similar purposes as the planned one. The building you see here is not an actual building but more like my vision of how it may have looked like if it was completed.

Satisfies the cultural needs of your citizens and also works as a tourist attraction with a base score of 4 stars. Employs 50 workers and serves about 400 people.

To mój 100. przedmiot, więc zdecydowałem się zrobić coś specjalnego. Ten budynek miał w zamierzeniu mieścić teatr dramatyczny i filharmonię i być głównym teatrem w Lublinie. Jednakże, nigdy go nie ukończono i dlatego mieszkańcy nazwali go teatrem w budowie. Później niedokończone ruiny zostały usunięte i zastąpione nowoczesnym budynkiem pełniącym podobne funkcje jak planowany. Budynek, który widzicie tutaj nie jest prawdziwym budynkiem, a bardziej moim wyobrażeniem, jak mógłby wyglądać, gdyby był ukończony.
