Ryde is a fictional transport company designed to create a generic brand across all of the transport options in the game.
Ryde A Cable Car is the Passenger cable car branch of their transport company focusing on moving citizens through the cities on their fleet of cable cars.

@martianinferno98 yes it should work fine without Gravitative Cable Car. That mod is just for aesthetics

It looks pretty good up close, but when zoomed out the cabin disappears and the top part because a flat square. Looks really weird. Screenshots [imgur.com]
