Scout Voice Pack 1 (Ellis)

TF2 Scout voice pack will replace Ellis - Part 1 contains 1,425 lines

Work In Progress @ 65% you'll need to get Parts 1-2-3-4 to not hear Ellis at all.
Ellis has a massive 3,079 voice files.

There may be low sounds or audio pops and cracks.
I will fix as I go back to fine tune the mod.

You will hear new Scout Lines!
I've done some audio edits to come up with lines that are closer to what Ellis says.

I had to break this mod into 4 parts due to limit of 200 MB per mod.
All 4 parts total 385 MB as of right now. So we need room to fill in the rest.
