I make a hypothesis: people (like me) who want to know the rules BEFORE subscribing to the mod and starting it, in the most comfortable way possible (in this case a YT video created by the company that produces the game, among other things a nice video ).
There is no need to be rude or to argue, even you "could do it" to understand the question.
There's a PDF with rules /within/ the mod. It's right there on the table. The document that says "Go watch the video instead"? That's just the first page of a larger PDF with rules. Just flip the pages. Come on folks. You can do it :)

What website?
The rules are included in the mod as a PDF. They work perfectly fine (I've just checked). It's right there at the table. Moreover, when you hover your cursor over it, it even says 'RULES'. It's really difficult to miss :)
