the ESA H-28 light cruiser is the first light cruiser on the ESA fleet and will serve to probavly till the end of the ESA, but lets get to what it can do, the ESA H-28 light cruiser has a crew of 50 and can go both space and atmosphere so thats a good feature,the other thing about it is that the front tip is not used by crew, but by machinery but even if it takes a hit it will be fine.
