Lazzi's sceenbuild mode v1.0

Utility for scenebuilding, allows you to create objects (props, ragdolls) in front of the crosshair. To activate the mode and configure it, go to "Options —> Player —> Scenebuild mode" in Q-menu.

P/S: Due to a bone problem with ragdolls during spawn (Bones don't interact with Ragdoll mover), you should subscribe on Standing Pose Tool
