Are these weapons craftable?

Pardon for my ignorance, haven't fully used this yet but is this craftable because these weapons are supposedly quest rewards right?

Just in case, I really like it if it's craftable hehe

Since it was just updated for 1.3 I think they mean that the mod is feature complete?

I get this red error at starting :
Config error in Gun_PlasmaRifle: verb 0: has incorrect forcedMiss settings; explosive projectiles and only explosive projectiles should have forced miss enabled
