Pennsylvania Railroad B60b Baggage Car

The Pennsylvania Railroad's B60b was a ubiquitous baggage car, hauling baggage, mail, and express everywhere across the US. While nominally lettered for the PRR, many B60bs included vents for messengers, transporting valuable documents, cash, or other such cargo, and as such frequently ran through on trains and strayed far from the PRR network. Other cars were operated by the Railway Express Agency and ran through for convivence. They made it as far as the Penn Central era, and many were converted into MOW tool cars or storage cars rather than being scrapped. Some even exist to this day - there's one in South Philly in a fuel transloading facility on Oregon Ave I see pretty regularly.

All have working doors and 6 cargo compartments, capable of carrying Goods, Food, Tools, and Machines. Works with Industry Expanded mail. I have not tested it with the other mail mod.
