Gim (Kirby Super Star Ultra)

描述
This is Gim ripped from Kirby Super Star Ultra. His moves are either from Super Star or Star Allies.
If you know how to play the Yoyo ability in Kirby, you'll figure Gim out pretty quickly.
I made this character in a week, don't expect him to be balanced lol.

Yoyo throws change depending on how you angle them. There are Neutral Yoyo throws, Down Yoyo throws, and Up Yoyo throws. Down Yoyo throws have spike hitboxes on the 3rd through 6th hitbox.

NSPECIAL - Walk the dog
Hold B to walk the dog. You can walk around with the yoyo out too, but you can't use it in mid air. Currently trying to fix this move to not be as overwhelming. If you have suggestions, please comment them.

FSPECIAL - Break Spin
Spin on your head to travel a bit of distance. Gim is invincible during this attack, but you can't spam it, it's supposed to be a move that doesn't get abused, and used maybe once during a recovery.

USPECIAL - Gazer Spiral
Defy gravity and use your yoyo to propel Gim upwards. Just like Break Spin, he is invincible during this attack, but it has a cooldown.

DSPECIAL - Hammer Drop
A command grab that has a small hitbox. Gim is invincible during the throwing animation. Hammer Drop has a hud icon to show when it is available.

Currently Gim has 6 abyss runes, and workshop support for Mt. Dedede, Hikaru's fakie, and Kirby's copy ability. I'll continue to update Gim in small doses. Please continue to comment ideas or bugs.

this character is somehow terrible and amazing at the exact same time. nice job on making me mentally confused. :)

i think gims moveset is dire need of reevaluation, having so few attacks means its gameplan is rigid and adaptability is nonexistant since you just rely on the same one or two moves regardless of the situation, and walk the dog can completely invalidate most conventional recoveries as they dont have any way of passing the yoyo, i just held it out for 5 minutes and built up 200% on a cpu that couldnt figure it out

My favorite character by far!!! He is actually my main lmao. Gim's moveset might be very samey and not that hard to start off with, but the amount of practice you need to master this zoner and how to properly use his attacks to the fullest makes him a very fun character to play as!

PS; a fun combo to use, at 0 to low percent, is side special + down special, with 1 or 2 potential side airs! Easy 20-30 damage and is not that difficult to pull off!

Spam up special and then finish with down special,other than that its a cool character i guess:steamthumbsup:

really like the 1.2 update !! a couple things i noticed. characters cant have less than 0.9 knockback, anything less just defaults to 1.0. cooldown on down b might be a tiiiny bit too long, maybe reset it if you hit the move? i was able to grab, throw, SD, respawn and it still had not come back up yet. the grounded cooldown for side b applies in the air as well, not sure if this was intended or not, just pointing it out. :)
