Buff Chosen HP

I like the principle of this. Now, I wanted to play with both more enemies and bigger squads, so I modded the default squad size to 6 (i.e. upgrade to 8) plus the Larger Enemy Pods mod (25-50% more enemies, it says). With 8 ... even with the A Better Chosen mod, which improves their AI, I can hold off the Chosen on Commander in the early game. By the time I arrive at their chambers, even with 20% bonus HP, they spawn in and I execute them in one turn.

I'll probably try this with 30 or 40% more HP for tiers 3 and 4.

For other improvements, there is a mod called Populated Chosen Chambers, which increases the pod sizes when you kill a Chosen and it also increases their health regeneration rate. Without that mod or bonus HP, I got the Hunter respawning with 25% of his health after I destroyed the Sarcophagus. So he got two executions in two turns.

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

Thanks for this, it helps to scale the Chosen up with larger squads/better weapons.

Hello, could i add the rulers in the ini to affect them too?

This mod only ever changes their health stat, you need to look elsewhere what changes their armor.

HEY @h4ilst0rm I finally got this mod to work and thanks a lot. However now the chosen doesn't has armor. Can you fix that?

The latter link shows how to find your log file, if your're not getting the log prints, this mod is not loading and doing its changes.
