Concept-Styled Bill

This is a model based on Bill's later concept art shown at E3, which closely resembled his retail design but has a few key differences, most notably his lack of a beard, long sleeves, different hat emblem, and striped shirt.

- BlindTwig: Decompiling and recompiling for L4D2 with edited .qc files for full compatibility, edited textures, and most of the workshop page.
- hex: Making the original model for L4D1 (unreleased, might port back?), later making the light model for The Passing, and allowing me to upload this in the first place.
