Note - IF YOU HAVE ALL THE CORE GODS OF THE ARENA MODS INSTALLED, YOU WILL NOT NEED THIS.

Welcome to the Spartan expansion pack (Gods Of The Arena split mod)

This pack adds a number of units to Sparta, rebalances it's existing unit line-up (Boosts the Royal Spartans, Heroes Of Sparta, Spartan Hoplites), unlocks Spartan youths for recruitment & adds an ungrade line for them allowing spartan youths to become Spartan hoplites.

Features

New standard units.

Spartan Pit Fighters - Romanised heavy spear infantry.
Spartan Arena Champions - Gladiator styled elite sword infantry.
Spartans Of Laconia - Heavy melle / General bodyguard sword infantry.
Archaic Panoplia Hoplite - Very heavy armoured spear infantry.
Swords Of Sparta - Low tier sword infantry.
Pride Of Sparta - Top tier sword intantry.
Exalted Spartans - Top tier spear infantry.

New Hero units.

King Leonidas - Leader of the spartans / spear-hero & recruitable as general.
Dilios Of Sparta - Spear hero & recruitable as general.
Theras Of Sparta - Sword hero & recruitable as general.
Theocritus Of Sparta - Two handed sword hero & recruitable as general.

Reskins for existing units.

All core Spartan units have been given a makeover (more bronze & corinthian helms)

Existing unit rebalance.

Royal Spartans - Overall buff.
Heroes Of Sparta - Overall buff
Spartan Hoplites - Overall buff.
Spartan Youthes - Unlocked for recruitment.

Tech Changes.

New upgrade line for Spartan Youths to become Spartan Hoplites.

remove the cloaks (scarfs) from all of the units and they will look better

Is there a version of this anywhere that only adds the new units and new heroes without reskinning the vanilla units, as well as not changing their appearance? I love the heroes and new units like the Archaic ponoplia hoplites, but I want to use other reskin mods and stat changing mods instead of this one's?

Guys, been away from Steam for a while - I'll have to look into what's needed to fix these.

I had spent some time fixing it for the last patch then a couple of days later CA broke all my mods again (why on earth they must update the game in such a way it's so unfriendly to modders i have no idea).

Once I find some resources on how to get it fixed up I'll start on these over the next week, apologies for the delay.
