Tito and Picard Patch Only

This mod is a fix to the missing code that is required to make Child Only Buildings, such as the Nuseries, omit any other age group.
It will stop youths, adults and seniors from occupying these places.

New Code Routine - Now also checks all colonists once per save game to make sure their traits for age are not flawed or missing.
Side affect - this should fix some of the filter bugs for save games before the hotfix.

You can shut this mod off in the native Mod Options menu section anytime dynamically and original routines will take over.

Highly Recommended Additional Fix
It is highly recommended that you team this mod up with the Fix Emigration Issues Mod.
That fix will solve all the patch issues with colonists emigrating to other domes with filters.
To have children move around this additional mod is needed.

Important
If you are adding this to an already established colony, it will take from 1 to 3 sols for all the colonists to cycle through or get booted.
Colonists in a save game with the flaw of missing age traits may come and occupy a slot in the building but on their next update will vacate the slot.
Larger colonies may take longer to clear up.
Average for a 100 adult colony is about 3 sols before it stabilizes and no further adults use the Child Only Buildings.

Missing traits flaw was fixed by the developers in the Tito Hotfix on March 17th, 2021, but that only affects new colonists. So some of your older adult colonists from saves created before the hotfix will still be a bit buggy.
