More Saturated Ornate Wall Paint Colours

Back again with an unnecessary mod that changes one thing that only I give a crap about. This will fix up the ornate wall paint colours so that they are more vibrant, because honestly the vanilla ones are a bit dull, and they're some of the only plain building blocks in the game that I've found so far.
