A Less Rusty Heart Protector

This mod adds a new variant of the heart protector that is in better condition. The Refitted Heart Protector has a cleaner look without the dirt, rust, dents, and scratches. Its stats are also given a slight bump, about 10%. It's primarily an aesthetic change.

The vanilla heart protector is renamed to "Rusty Heart Protector," and is given a bit of left arm coverage, as the in-game model partially covers your left arm. Other than that it is unchanged.

The Refitted Heart Protector can be crafted, and is unlocked when researching Heavy Armor, same as the original. A blueprint is also available from any vendor that sells the blueprint for the Rusty version. (Most armor vendors.)

Any NPC with a chance to spawn wearing a Rusty Heart Protector has half that chance to spawn with the Refitted version, with a few exceptions such as poor people who would lack access to a blacksmith.

In general, anywhere you can find a Rusty Heart Protector, you might also find the refurbished version.
