only Xion, Ventus & Vanitas and Sora KH:CoM work first but if you edit the project.json it can fix it
to do that you go to the wallpaper and right click it, then select Open in Explorer, open the project.json file (note pad is fine) edit the line with the dependency so it looks like this

"dependency" : "893418273",

and the restart your computer

you can edit all of the presets and then restart
idk why this is this way
