(Almost) Total War Warhammer 3 Style Building Slots

The Building Slot System from Total War Warhammer 3 is far superior to the one from Total War Warhammer where after putting in the essentials which are ports, trade resources and unique buildings, a player might not have the slots left to actually make use of the unique buildings. This mod aims to port that system to Total War Warhammer as closely as possible though due to mod limits, it's not possible to do so completely. Disregard the picture, it was made when a version of this mod ported the Total War Warhammer 2 building system over.

• 8 slots for province capitals, including the Season of Revelation mini-campaign.
  
• 10 slots for racial capitals (Altdorf, Karak Eight-Peaks, Kislev etc).
  
• 12 slots for Wood Elf capitals in Athel Loren.
  
• Provincial capitals and racial capitals gain 2 slots per main settlement building tier. Wood Elf capitals gain 3 slots per main settlement building tier. Unfortunately, this means that provincial capitals and Wood Elf capitals max out their building slots at rank 4 instead of 5.
  
• Clan Angrund and Crooked Moon will relocate their capital to Karak Eight-Peaks if it is retaken.
  
• The Von Carsteins will relocate their capital to Castle Drakenhof if it is retaken.
  
• Wintertooth will relocate their capital to Erengrad if it is retaken.
  
• No DLC required, not compatible with faction unlockers or re-positioned legendary lords.
  
• Mod helps AI which seems to create buildings at random. More buildings means that they are more likely to stumble on the combinations that allow them to recruit elite units and improve the garrisons of their settlements.

• Remember that building slots are only shown as locked when they can be made available via the next settlement tier upgrade. All of the other slots will still show up as empty squares.
  
• This mod will cause in-progress campaigns to crash.
  
• Edits startpos.esf, which is the reason for the already mentioned incompatibility. Also edits campaign_building_chain_slot_unlocks_tables which should be compatible with most mods as most mods don't do that.
  
• If used with another mod that edits startpos.esf, then it might be that this mods changes to startpos.esf are overwritten but not the campaign_building_chain_slot_unlocks_tables, resulting in more quickly maxed out building slots but no additional building slots. Likely a half-a-kitten situation.

1. Why don't additional building slots progress like in Total War Warhammer 2?: I'm a first time modder and when asking other modders, it turns out that it requires a total overhaul of the current system.

This mod takes inspiration from the Province Capital Building Slot Overhaul and I learned how to make it thanks to the Basic province, region and settlement editing using the Assembly Kit and PFM guide. Both are made by Zorander.
