Optimized for Loading Screen Mod

I highly recommend using Loading Screen Mod for SIGNIFICANT weight loss, + Find It! for easy search (krapinka, white, brown, CL) + Move It! to combine sections together + RICO
All sections have the same textures.

This is the version with open balconies.

The version with glazed balconies is here:

1-464DT

The five-story building series 1-464DT, Togliatti modification, differs from 1-464D by the presence of many sections with arches turning 90 ° and 45 °.

15 different sections: two 90 °, three 45 °, double, triple and quadruple. With / without arch, with / without entrances on both sides of the house.

Available in three colors: white, white with blue dots and brown with stripes.

Tech info ::
Texture 1024x1024
Each section is ~ 5k triangles. Longer sections have more.
No _c textures and color variations.
Sections from 48 to 96 residents.

Хочу ещё проп версию этой надписи сделать, чтобы на дома где угодно вешать)

Я ещё у себя в городе видел такие надписи с разным количеством звёзд, где-то всего 2 и без надписи, а где-то и 8 звёзд с надписью может быть

buildings are already looking amazing :) only colour map missing :) anyway looking forward for more low block of flats :) in worst scenario i will dump them with mod tools and add colour map myself (for my personal use in my city) but for sure i will be using those :) thanks

In a good way, these buildings should be completely updated but i probably won't do that. As it can take a very long time

those r great! r u planning to add colour map to the brown stripe one to match T121 taller block which has colour map already ?

Тут летний режим и много смиксовано через theme mixer, но суть в том что половина текстур от ванильной зимы а половина от другого + кастомные зимние деревья, так и результат зимы где мало снега

No, there are a lot of assets and it will take a long time to load & save them all through the asset editor. For this reason, i am very afraid to change this pack o.o

You can manually replace any prop to anything
(like some invisible prop, i did that with vanilla parks) using BOB, the Tree and Prop Replacer
