@Seriphyn. The "green" highway was set aside to run the main train line infrastructure across the map. You can place tracks and stations anywhere you need them. Enjoy!

Very nice. Is the intent to build stations only within that green highway to make use of road connections? I had began utilizing the green highway but had branches off into some urban centres, before I realized it might be more interesting to have pax stations in the highway and make use of some buses/trams/interurbans (also, allows having thru-traffic in stations)

@Seriphyn. Glad you like it. That "green" highway is indeed intended for railway.

I see this "green" highway running through the map, like a place where a 2-track and 4-track mainline would be. What do these represent?

Awesome map btw, I like how everything is set-up like I'm a new transport secretary coming to the region.
