This airport was created to have some smaller airfields for the smaller cities.
It is cheaper in purchase and maintenance. It also uses less resources and creates a little less garbage and sewage.

Cost to built: 50000
Cost to maintain: 800

Accumulation: Sewage 40 / Garbage 10
Consumption: Electricity 80 / Water 40
Employees; 100

Tech: Tris 489/ Lod 154.
Textures 1024x1024 (_d _s _i) and Lod 128x128 (lod_d lod_i)

Modular means just without the runways and taxiways, so you can place your own

What milestone does it pop up at? It would be most useful to the smaller towns it's intended for if it popped up before Milestone 8 with the other airports, IMO.
