Dynamic Talents For Humans

Allows adding new talents to humans easily. Does not include content, but may be required by other mods that do. Note that, if you have installed a mod that adds a talent, and only that talent shows up, that mod will not work with any other talent mod.

If you are making a mod that adds a new talent, or a race that has custom talents, please consider looking at the source code of this mod to implement it's features into your mod, so that it might better support other talent and race mods.

I am working on a mod that will require this one to function.
