Dutch House #15

This is a traditional Dutch House. It is the head-part of the Head-Neck-Rump farmhouse. Houses like this were build in front of frisian dairy farms, with a cellar for making the cheese, which houses from Groningen will typically lack. The house can also be used in older neighbourhoods.

This asset shares textures with 6 other assets, which you can find in this collection. When using the Loading Screen Mod, you will be able to save some MB.
By using Move It!, you can combine this asset with the others. The building looks great with the other farming assets. Most of the times, I use it as a head-part in the traditional Head-Neck-Rump farmhouse[en.wikipedia.org], but it can also fit in a 19th-century working class districts.

This asset is a remake of my earlier made Dutch House #2. I made it somewhat smaller to be realistic, the texture map fits with other assets and I removed the additional props.
