Working Gantry Crane Entity

Adds the unused gantry crane from Half-Life 2 Episode 2 as spawnable entity, complete with mechanics. This makes INFRA look like disneyland.

Findable under Entities Tab-->Half-Life 2-->Gantry Crane

Instructions:
1.Place top crane beam on support tracks
2.Hold use key and look up or down on the console's levers to move the crane
3.Switch on the grabber magnet by pushing the knife switch all the way to the right
4.Lift cargo (max load weight 8000)
5.???
6.Profit

Doesn't function if the map anti-anti-cheat addon is active. It also may not function with the Magnet Tool installed.
