[REC] Castan class gunboat

Depite having the best in resources, engineers and manufacturing equipment, REC had yet to produce any sort of small gunboat into their fleet. After numerous battles in REC controlled space the Castan class was drawn up to be used to patrol small sections of space, screen large ships against fighters and be used to defend stations and fleets. It also comes with a rocket launcher so it can be capable of attacking anything larger than itself.

However with the completion and deployment of the buckler class, the Castans have stopped being produced in favor of the much more capable ship.
