@weather carl If you mean colouring like in the icon, you use the bodygroups to remove the parts you don't want in that colour and then bonemerge it to the Scout, then do the same with the parts you want in a different colour (e.g. for both sleeves as different colours, you'd use bodygroups to hide all but the left sleeve and colour it, and then do the same for the right sleeve)

As for the detached arm, it was done using the Expanded Gibbed Tf2 Characters addon.

How do i color the individual parts like the tunic, scarf, and sleeves, and what model are you using to get the scout's arm to detach like that in the third picture?
