The war in Africa was over in 43' we thought... but we were wrong.

After the failed Africa campaign by Axis forces, Germany pulled out her Afrika Korps- or at least what was left of it. The men mostly made it back to Europe, and fought on the Eastern Front and Western Front until the wars end. But in mid 1944, nearly a year after the Africa campaign finally slowed down- a thorn jabbed the Allies in the side- that thorn was the remnants of a dug in Afrika Korps division, fully supplied by local insurrectionists and British sympathizers.

Local British scouting reports suggest that the division escaped the encirclement in Tunisia by taking a daring route in the desert with limited supplies. This act of bravery convinced locals to attack American convoys sending munitions for the troops in Northern Italy, and providing the "Last" Division with weapons. This prompted the news we receive today- of an entire division dug into a small abandoned town that they have occupied and turned into a functioning HQ.

Whether you take command of the German militia units defending their last bastion, or the Allied forces send in huge numbers to crush this little pocket, the fate of the Western Front relies on your actions. This is, The Siege of the Last Division.

*Gameplay Note* There are many paths to play in when to comes to capturing objectives, but the Americans seem to always decide to climb up a huge mountain right out of the gate oof. I suggest playing as a Squad Leader- there is a uniform/weapon customizer in the allied tent right outside spawn.
