PKP Class SU45

Polish SU45 diesel-electric locomotive converted from the Class SP45 in the early 1990s. Rolling stock options are either a fast regional service with compartment coaches or a regional service with open-plan coaches and the option to add compartment coaches as this was often done.

Top speed is 120 kph for the loco and 140 for the coaches (meaning 120kph for this train).

Passenger capacity is 170 for both 2nd class coaches (111A with 80 seats+standing, 120A with 88 seats+standing), the 1st class coaches carry 54 PAX.

This train is slightly more expensive to operate (0.06$/PAX km) since it is an old diesel loco which is inefficient. The purchasing price however is pretty low (1,100,000 for the fast regional train, 850,000 for the regional one).

You can create pretty long trains, this is intentional to allow for more customisation options. It is not recommended to max everything. If you don't want very long trains, don't buy them like this.
