Boring Campaign - Sewer Refuge

The first map in what may become a series if enough people want more.

Escape a vile sewer system where cannibals, hoppers, and purples have taken refuge. Shoot your way out!

UPDATE 1:
- Fixed a depth issue with the number display in the parkour section
- Added a score counter at the exit for kills and secrets
- Added some logic which *hopefully* will disable the map resetting feature if there's more than two players. May or may not work correctly. Basically, you can safely play this map multiplayer now.
- Added some aesthetics
