Well this is the ship for you, let me indroduce you to the C-51 Dromedar: the economical backbone of the working class.
The C-51 was constructed as a hauler and freighter, it fulfills its duty throughout the galaxy.
For small transport companies in particular, it is indispensable due to the low maintenance and procurement costs. Whoa? Pirates out there? yes dont worry - it can take a beating, its redundant engine systems allow for 1 or 2 hits... only 1 or 2...
anyway you can land and start this thin can at any planet, just keep an eye on the weight."

The ship has landing capabilities up to 1.2 G, if you want to land on Pertam, (i suggest not to) ditch all but 2 cargo containers and hope for the best.
to get of larger planets, you will need to use up and forwards thrust combined (tilt ship to 15-25° when at +9000m or when decelerating starts ---> W+SPACEBAR)

!!! for manuevering while in atmosphere i recommend using hydros and atmos thrusters !!!

It provides shelter and comfort via 2 airlocks and onboard gravity.
The ship has a passive massdrive aka massblocks for the use with Yin Ju - Jumpgates.
2 gatling turrets and a 12 unit decoy launcher shield you and your valuable goods form space pirates.
It comes preequipped with ammo, uranium and ice for the hydrogentanks.

=> Survival ready :) (for real this time)

[yes another hauler, adding the existing, countless designs of haulers out there on the workshop. Nothing special, so fancy stuff, some would say: 'it aint much, but its honest work' ]
