There are a few touhou mods but we were missing the most relevant witch character.
Right now the mod settings contain toggles for cosmetic effects.

To do list:

Revise some animations
Shot types?
MASTER SPARK?

Fixed arm velocity (won't fly up when falling), added two new jetpack options (stars and EXPERIMENTAL broom), added mod settings to toggle those
