1. Police Officer - Turns NPC into cops
2. US Soldier - Turns NPC into soldiers
3. SWAT Member - Turns NPC into SWAT
4. Big Laugh - NPC can't stop laughing
5. Flash Bang - All weapons use flash bang damage
6. Wanted Meter - Resets wanted meter
7. Weird Cat - Summons monster cat
8. Strange Dog - Summons monster dog
9. Cut Off Arms - Cuts NPC's arms
10. Amputate Legs - Cuts NPC's legs
11. Decapitation - Cuts NPC's heads
12. Afro Hair - Some NPC become afro-hair
13. Bald Head - Some NPC become bald
14. Change Damage - Increases damage (*2,*3,*4...)
15. Reset Damage - Resets 14

Since the modder is too lazy to explain how to use the cheats, just do this:
First, start a new game
Then click the workshop option
Click mods
Right click on the second tab to apply said cheat (the title of this mod)
Load the default map
Then start:steamfacepalm:
