New content:

So, I've got a possibly stupid question; I've played with this mod in a couple of game up to about 1550-1575, and I've enjoyed it a bunch. I haven't gotten a decision to form Scandinavia, however - is that not a thing with this mod, or do I have to do something for it to happen?
