Master Blaster Steel

The Master Blasters wrestled in WCW from 1990-1991. Master Blaster Steel initially tagged with Master Blaster Iron before Iron was replaced with Master Blaster Steel.

The team looked like the walked out of a Mad Max movie, and after debuting, had a solid undefeated streak before losing to Tom Zenk and Brian Pillman. The team had a few shots at NWA United States Tag Team gold, but came up short each time.

After the team broke up in early 1991, Steel wrestled as a singles competitor under the name The Master Blaster. The gimmick was retired a few months later before he redebuted as Oz. Of course, Steel would go on to win multiple world titles over the course of a Hall of Fame career under the name Diesel as well as using his real name, Kevin Nash.
