History
The first panel houses were designed in the Soviet Union under the leadership of Nikita Khrushchev. They started to build these houses in 1959 all across East Europe (like Hungary, Czechoslovakia, etc...) and most of them are still stands, and in use.

For anyone wondering, as far as I can tell these are not growable, but you can make them growable with Ploppable RICO Revisited mod.
Size 3x3, level 1.

Those blocks are really successful, could you make some block / blocks from Košice Slovakia? For example: Košice [www.google.sk]
I work on the map of Košice and they would be very useful for me there, as well as yours ..
