This is the first build I have uploaded to the workshop. This building is a 4x4 residential plot designed to allow players to pack a lot of value into a smaller footprint. The cost of the building itself has been set to be 2x more expensive, with the income multiplier still being set to 1x. I set it this way to make sure the building was more expensive on a per-plot basis, and would in turn produce more money on a per-plot basis while still retaining the same balance that all other vanilla residential plots have (basically, you get the same return on your money, but this plot uses less space in your city overall). The building does not contain a lot of furnishings, and truth be told I moreso just wanted to crank this baby out after spending many hours working on it; if someone wanted to take this and spice it up be my guest. One last note, I gave all of the levels a clearance of 4 blocks to make the rooms and halways feel more spacious, but this causes the elevators to be a little confused so the floor numbers will skip every few floors (oh well).
