描述
Sixteen-story brick two-entrance house for 45 families (in the game) with a clinic on the first-second floor for 150 patients (in the game).

The building is made of gray bricks and concrete painted in yellow and pink tones.

It is based on the house on Vysotsky Street house 2a[goo.gl] on the residential area Lomovsky (Frunzensky)[goo.gl] in the city of Dnepr (Dnepropetrovsk).

To decorate buildings you can use the props from this collection.

Yeah it has to be a mod that's causing this problem. I have both those mods and i still can't place it.

When I test this asset building place normal without any mods.
But sometimes I saw that message.

Both very useful for different cases.
