Quack's Own Personal Shield

Adds a shield for all your crazy shield tomfoolery!

- Forces you to shoot upwards unless you put your guard down.
- Allows for explosion jumping (tip: press down)
- Heats up when shot.
- Knocks the wielder back when shot.
- Flooaaaaats in laaava (cool!)
