描述
NO DLC, mod, or asset required! Just plug and play!
This city was made pure vanilla without any help of QoL mod. For beginners, you could try this out and take some notes. For pros, you could leave some feedback to make this city function better.

Map used: Black Woods (Base game)
Population: ~60k
Average Traffic Flow: ~87% (85% - 89%)
Minimum public transit used to create Los Angeles vibe.

City worked fine for me although Traffic Flow was 74% not 85-89% but still it was a great city for me to see and actually get idea from. Public Transport is my krytonite and it blows me away by what I see.

Sorry in advance, for the error you guys mentioned I have no idea what caused it since the city was made without any mod. I don't have the game installed so I'm unable to test this.

This is easily my favourite CS:1 map. No mod complications and a really nice layout to build upon. I have played it multiple times, trying to increase density and add a bike network. Very well done, Kompaktive!

Hi，Author Kompaktive, I want to express my thanks to you for this being the best CitiesSkylines1‘s map I have ever played with. Simple road network, reasonable zoning, suitable density, whether rookie or experienced players can find their fun in this map, this is really a very good map, and I look forward to seeing you again in CitiesSkyline 2 , cause you are the best mayor in my mind!
