Ninja Tabi Patch

All credit goes to NvF who made the original mod Ninja Tabi
I'm simply making a small temporary update since the mod hasn't been touched in a while for quality of life.

This mod increases the chance for it to appear in Shinobi gear vendors and adds a blueprint for the Ninja Tabi to the same vendors as well.

Sidenote:
The Kenshi Modding Tool for some reason wouldn't allow me to update the previous version I'd uploaded, so I had to remake the mod, apologies to everyone who previously used it, however this version now actually has the ninja tabi available to craft in the leather workbench, sorry for the delay!
