Reporting For Duty - Laurelorn Forest (waiting on faction mod to update)

Reporting For Duty is focused on making siege and settlement battles more fun by improving garrisons. This submod expands the Reporting For Duty coverage to the unique Wood Elf custom faction made by Fenriswolf, Laurelorn Forest.

○ Military recruitment buildings & landmarks now contribute thematic troops to the garrison.
○ New garrison priorities rules for Laurelorn's custom units.
○ Garrison heroes will gain spells/abilities as the settlement levels up. No more spellcasters stuck at 1 spell!
