WH40K Basilisk

Seeing that I already added a Hellhound made from the Chimera chassis, the Basilisk was pretty much the next logical step. So here you go... the Imperial Guard Basilisk. Oh and even this nice artillery piece is a starter with a cost of approx. 14k RP.^^

Changes: The Basilisk will now switch between ammo sorts depending on the volume of the targeted enemy. Vehicles
with less or equal than 1000 m^3 of volume will be engaged with frag rounds (for light armoured units) whereas everything else gets hit with the usual HESH rounds.
