Why this mod was made

Just a small mod inspired by the last part of the description in Recruit Multiple Heroes From All.

To save people search time, I have made a mod to increase the max number of faction soldiers you can get per faction. The base is 2/1/1. Recruit Multiple Heroes makes this 2/2/2 as it removes the 'first faction' restriction, but it does not increase the MAX, that is what this mod is for.

Default is 2.
This mod changes that to 3. If you want more than 3, change the configs in this mod to the desired number.

To get this higher maximum for all factions, you do not need to run Recruit Multiple Heroes for All if you are using Covert Infiltration as this also allows all Factions to gain the Maximum number.

@Israellycool this increases the max number, not the chance of actually rolling the Covert Action each month. Chances are it'll show up eventually.

Hey so I don't think this mod is working for me I have Max reputation with each faction. Only got 2 reapers, same as usual. Do I need to install anything additional to this mod or do some coding stuff? (Going through the files etc.) Thanks again for this mod!

@NightmareDream you still have to get the covert actions to get them which require full friendliness with each faction. this mod only increases the max you can have

RMHFA doesn't change the number itself, info in that mod for increasing number is exactly what this mod does.
