I would prefer this version, not a fan of 'all over the place' style layout the other one has.

@CaptArcticWolf Yes that is correct, although I highly recommend using the version I mention in the comment below, as that's maintained much more than this, unless you just want this version anyways :)

This also looks like the Mod is compatible with RimHud. is that right or am i wrong?

Hi folks, apologies for the delayed response, I for some reason wasn't subscribed to this thread. At this point in time, I see no reason to continue this version of the mod as a far better option is available here that contains more features and has more compatibility:

What do I have to do for it to actually show as much as in the screenshot? Mine only has a T and a head slot :/

Excuse me, Ben? Can you maybe add extra slots for things the person is carrying? It doesn't seem to work correctly to show everything in a pawn's inventory. Maybe a few squares to the right labelled "backpack" or something?
