The Spring Shopping Mall is a shopping mall in Kuching, Sarawak. Located at Persiaran Spring, it was opened in January 2008. It was the largest mall in Sarawak since its establishment until Boulevard Shopping Mall opened in 2013.

It has two anchor tenants which are Parkson and Ta Kiong Supermarket.

The Spring Shopping Mall has the capacity to house more than 150 shopping outlets spread out over three above-ground floors and a basement.

This assets uses the vanilla grand mall as template;
- you can find this at unique building level 3 menu, it is always unlocked.
- construct cost 85000, maintenance cost 8000
- worker count : 100 uneducated / 50 educated / 15 well educated / 1 very educated

This building sits on a L-shaped lot, with total dimension of 24 tiles x 28 tiles.
Building size is 1:1 real world counterpart.

To ensure the lighting works correctly, please subscribe to all the required asset mods.
There is no tree planted by default, I leave it up to the player to plant whatever trees they like.
Recommend to flatten the ground before construction to ensure nothing clips through the ground.
