Vehicle Movement Rebalance

This mod rebalances the vehicle movement ratio for roads, terrain type, ground condition, and movement type. The purpose is to add strategy when choosing transports, recons, and self-propelled guns depending on ground conditions and terrain. Movement types including towed, tracks, half-tracks, wheels, and all-terrain have been updated.

The movement ratio number can be observed by hovering over the “i” symbol for terrain and the road symbol for roads. Numbers greater than 1 act as a penalty against total movement.

In general, tracks are the best for poor ground conditions and wheels are the worst. Mud and ice (frozen) are the most severe ground conditions depending on the terrain type.

Note: Movement and fuel stats were not changed for individual vehicles. This mod only changes the movement ratio numbers.
