Something's odd here. The minimum configuration (1 intermediate car) has as many passengers already as a 10 car train. Nominal capacity is 136 for end cars and 144 for intermediate cars according to Japanese Wikipedia (no, I can't speak Japanese, just blew it through Edge translator). And even the resolute gentlemen with the white gloves will not achieve more than to double this figure...
