it should be like a tier 3 item.. requires power.. gears.. hqm.. etc. this way, at the beginning of a wipe everyone has to use monument recyclers but later on in the wipe when they loaded and have things that need recycling for scrap so they can get say a mini copter or lrs.. they can use the one in base. But i guess it defeats the point that you mostly spend time farming scrap and use recyclers to get a tier 3 when making a recycler is a tier 3 item so idk.. would love to see it added
