RCT Dynamite Dunes - 20 years later...

Twenty years ago, an entrepreneur took on the task of expanding the Dynamite Dunes site. At that time, the site contained one sole roller coaster, the Dynamite Blaster. After some development, the park is once again in need of management. The park currently sits with two additional flat rides, a quiet main street, and an undeveloped train system.
The former manager was forced to resign after news outlets leaked video and photos of a five-day bender. (Not that the management style truly worked for the park anyways) Left without management, can you develop this into a world class amusement park?
