Had the game spawn me in the wall on the second floor unless I started with a shotgun which in turn make me die to the death loop, I cannot explain in words on how frustrating that part was where I had to redo the whole thing so I'll put this here as a frame of reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv6BqNhDit4

Pretty good, I like the choice of tiles used and reskins of the enemies. The starting position for some of the floors got a bit death-loopy, but nothing completely game-breaking. Overall this was fun to play with well-balanced difficulty.
